~kiley : it took me * hrs to talk to the right person who actually helped me...I had called at * pm and then between that time and about six I had talked to three different customer service reps and then finally by about *:**pm talked to a senior advisor. one guy I had talked to seemed like he knew what he was doing, tells me to reset my whole phone and so I did, deleting everything off it... he then hung upand we got disconnected coming to find out when I called again a woman picked up... horrible. horrible job.

~kiley : I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kiley : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Apple's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kiley : For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Apple customers?
