~kiley :it took me * hrs to talk to the right person who actually helped me...I had called at * pm and then between that time and about six I had talked to three different customer service reps and then finally by about *:**pm talked to a senior advisor. one guy I had talked to seemed like he knew what he was doing, tells me to reset my whole phone and so I did, deleting everything off it... he then hung upand we got disconnected coming to find out when I called again a woman picked up... horrible. horrible job.
