~RichinCA:I agree with many of other comments regarding AMEX.*They were once a company that was very to work with. My attempt to communicate my displeasure with one of their special offers that turned out to be a bit of a lure to sign you for perpetual magazine subscriptions was impossible.*American Express was once a wonderful company* this experience indicates to me that they have changed their operating model. Sad they were once GREAT. My wait was forever. I never found a way to communicate with them.
