~Amy:I have called several times to try to talk to someone about lowering payments due to the fact that I am unemployed. After talking to SIX different people they finally figured out a "Good Faith" plan for me. I said o.k. I can make the payment now. This rep. couldn't take the payment so they transfered me to an automated pay service. Alright well I entered my info and paid. Done right? Nope called * times the next day. Called them back and they said I didn't pay enough. I said I was on the good faith plan and I was paying a less amount. Well you can't pay that on the automated payment. Well ****..why did they transfer me to that if I couldn't pay through that. FINALLY an hour later they transfered me to the correct person to pay the good faith payment too. I ended up having to pay AGAIN. Ugh!!
