I was shocked that I had to pay a charge of almost $*.**, without any forewarning, and this because I had written to Amazon regarding an inability to complete a Kindle upload of a book to my Android device. In that email set of instructions, I was given instructions to call if their instructions for solving the problem did not work. I tried twice, and could not get the book to upload. Then, I set in process a support phone call, as instructed. Meanwhile, I tried a third time, and it worked, so I hung up the phone. Everything about this charge is inequitable.
