The team took over an hour to arrive, had a dead jump box, and so attached jumper cables from their running truck to my dead car. I contacted Allstate immediately and they agreed to reimburse the cost of repair. Four months later when the car was fixed, I was told the cost was too high to reimburse. I had been in contact with multiple people at their agency throughout the duration of the repair, and now almost * months later, they still refuse to reimburse me for the costs of car repair.
