I called the roadside asst * just to see who I would get and yes, it was a foreign country and I could not understand them. I knew at that point Allstate was not for me. I could not imagine being stranded, alone in a snowstorm and having to call someone in India or wherever it was. I will continue to pay AAA the extra $ for my and my daughters peace of mind.
