GetHuman-treadle:I called customer service and asked for help. they said I was filing a dispute and needed to call another number which I did. I got a very rude woman named Connie from the Atlanta call center. She said there was no reduction in my bill possible. I called back and asked for a manager and she was kind an offered me a bill reduction on my basic bill (not the termination fee). I accepted that. Then another bill came but with no reduction and the agent said I had never made the call to ask for a resolution. this two calls happened on Oct *, ****.
