We just want their service to work properly. No matter how many times I speak with customer service the Issue remains. At this point until I can speak with someone on a corporate level I'm going to social media, my attorney general , including my local news station if I have to. In my opinion the company is taking advantage of a vounerable adult. Seeing as though they have been customers sense **** when the company was South Central Bell. And Not Once Been Late On Their Bill...
