~Khazi10:Prior to today, I have called AT&T's call center to inquire on service termination, each time I had to call back because certain information was not quiet clear, I received conflicting information.*We were aware that one of our lines had a contract & one of the lines was on the NEXT program however when I was advised about the early termination fee for the line still under contract, I was always given one of my other lines as opposed to the one I questioned. *All of the information on my lines were intertwined and no one could seem to make heads or tails of my account. What they did not for sure is that we owed them money and they could be specific about that. *I called AT&T today & spoke with Audrey to advise I would be porting my numbers to another company is there anything aside from my account numbers that I would need? She advised me NO, that we would receive a final bill as I had been advised before by previous agents so we moved forward with transferring our service. During th
