~Anonymous：* weeks attempting to get internet set up after moving. The first technician showed up on time but couldn't complete the set up because of some issue with the work order. Someone was supposed to return the next day to complete the set up, but no ever showed up, called again to see what happened, they said the work order showed in progress but the due date in it was still set to the first day, so no one had been dispatched for the order. Tried to set up anyhow time, after work, as the first tech said that there was a *-*pm shift that one of the techs worked, but the phone rep said no such time existed. After giving up I had them push it to the next available weekend (another week and half away) for *am to **pm. The day rolls around and no one shows up during the schedules time, I call to see what's going on and am told the work order is scheduled *am-*pm. That would be fine if it wasn't for the fact that I have a two hour drive to get to a viewing at a funeral home and should ideally ha
