Then select the game you need help with. One the right hand side will be a contact us section. You have either chat or e-mail. The only phone support offered is billing. Depedning on how much monday you spend in the game, it will take * to ** hours for someone to respond to your e-mail. Calling Billing doesn't make that go any faster. Don't call billing because your too lazy to submit a game complaint via the support page. If you lost your poker chips, they cannot help. If you lost your virtual cash, they cannot help...submit a ticket via the support page like
