~collegestudent47:This is a warning to those who think they will not have to wait for a person to answer their call. I have been waiting ** minutes (and am still waiting as I type this) for someone to answer my call. The strange thing is, I had called the same number the previous day and did not have to wait more than five minutes. One thing is certain, though* this number is not as ideal as people have previously indicated in the reviews. I still think its better than calling the (***) area code number, which didn't even allow me to talk to a person without entering my Zipcard number (which I couldn't do since I hadn't even received my Zipcard at that point in time). So, caller beware.
