~Yonker：I sought a refund through Yugster's Support website with no response. I followed up with additional messages with no luck. I found their phone number on this site and called and spoke with Janay. She was very helpful and stated she would have the return instructions sent to my email address within * minutes. She did indicate they are very understaffed at this time but have hired someone. Bottom line, when you send a request through their support site, only send one request. If you add to the request, it will restart the ** hour response time each time you send one.
