~emily:I use to have an yahoo account for over ten years. But these new changes aren't the best. When I was trying to access a download to my email the email locked me out. I couldn't get into it and did as the told me through the clicks. Yahoo customer care terrible. I waited at least ** minutes. Not worth the time, I simply hung up the phone. I tried a few more times, the same result. After a few weeks I managed to access my account. I don't remember how, but I did, and this time I was able to access the account. I deleted everything, and then the best part. I closed down the account. After over ** years, you'd think yahoo got right, they shouldn't changed over and their customer service needs to improve. I'm not using yahoo email anymore.
