~Frustrated:Communication was awful. I talked with about * representatives each on different calls that lasted at the minimum ** minutes until ** minutes. Everyone had a terrible accent & they kept putting me on hold. The minimum hold time was * minutes & the representative would come back on the phone just to repeat the information we had already covered. They repeated EVERYTHING as if they did not understand the any information. It was so frustrating I asked for a supervisor & was told they were at a meeting. I'm not sure if this job is outsourced, but I really would have like to speak with someone who could understand me & someone that I could understand. I can't describe how painful it was. I might not ever use my credit if I have to call in to make the reservation. Its way too stressful.
