I mean can't you people do identity proof through voice recognition or video I'd verification? anything but the garbage I go thru every time u suspend my account for n reason roughly once a **** month. It gets worse as the years go by. The first few years of xbox live ownership I didn't have these problems. But it seems xbox live finds any made up and given reason to free my accou
