~msmonbo:I purchased the gold family pack on ******** under my sons name not knowing this gave him control of the entire account. we refunded and recreated it with me as the primary.Now I cannot add any family members.I have now spent over twenty hours on the phone with support and been promised numerous calls back but only received *.My situation has been "escalated" apparently but nobody knows whats wrong. It has now been ** days and still no resolution I am about ready to cancel my account but I dont want to have to start with new gamertags all over again. Needless to say this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!I don't reccomend The Family Pack to ANYONE!!!!!
