When that didn't work and after a few emails back and forth, he offered to replace my existing video card with a new one that would work with the new Dell. Amazing! XFX truly stands behind their products and Mark's customer service is *-star! Because of his attention you guys (XFX) WITHOUT a doubt, have made me a loyal customer for life!
