~rebma:I am a work from home customer service specialist. I (unfortunately) chose Windstream as my internet service provider recently. I am required to log in to a VPN. The internet connection is so horrid that I at times can not even log in to my VPN or can not stay connected. The ping rates are insane and the upload speeds are unacceptable. I have repeatedly called their customer service center only to be lied to or made promises that have never materialized. I am loosing time at my job, money and gaining frustration! They will not help me with my issues and allow me to make money to pay their bill!!
