~Anonymous:To clarify, although I checked that it took only one minute to get through, you NEVER, EVER reach a live person at this number, but voice mail. You are told to leave a message for a call back. I left messages over a one week period, never ever got a call back, even though my last message begged someone to contact me over a problem with a gift card. What a shocker...a store that charges the prices that they do and yet their customer service dept is the WORST!! Expect this from WalMart - not Whole Foods!
