~daba9:The worst customer service possible. I have a new freezer. Since day one it gave me problems. I told the technician when he came out that whenever you start with a problem in the beginning. I requested a new one and they tell me the warranty is only to repair it. Forget that my warranty has disappeared I still don't have a freezer. There is no one to talk too. The technician said it looks bad for them if they have recalls. It costs them pennies for these pieces of junk they get from China and then charge the customer $***.** for it.
