Pressing * then * does not get you a representative but a specific option (I think it was to check balance on account) &* after, the company just disconnects! Had to call back and listen to a thousand different options to finally talk to a representative after speaking my options (yes*no*speak to a representative* send money to person). Plus side? Although the representative was clearly trained to give generic answers for every question asked, he was pretty nice.
