~Ellen:can't get them to send me an email with a validation code for online banking. They send me all other types of advertisement, notification, etc via my gmail account. They tell me the only way to fix it is to convince AT& T to do something about excepting their validation code in some kind of email from them. Are they nuts! Do they really think I have time to deal with AT&T. Fix your own problem Wells Fargo. Sending a validation code to a gmail address should be simple. Customer service- Zero!! I'll NEVER recommend Wells Fargo as a bank if something so simple is put upon the customer to fix!
