GetHuman-410738：a bit pushy, but knew his job. however the reason I called was that the email route was getting unrelated responses over a week and a half. this phone person solved the issue, but was rather unpleasant about that we did not deserve phone contact because we had not paid for premium. I responded that iff the email route gets rational answers, we have no problem using it - otherwise we will call. very unhappy webs experience over last couple weeks...
