Eventually we received an email saying that our booking would be ticketed within * business hours. We called them the next evening, since it had been over ** hours already. We spoke to a woman on the phone, who told us that they were in the process of ticketing. She then reviewed our flight details with us, and we realized that we were landing in LGA, and departing from JFK, with only a two hour stopover. The shuttle ride from LGA to JFK alone is ** minutes, without traffic. She told us that we would we able to make it. We asked to be transferred to someone with whom we could make changes, but she said that this was another department and that we had to email them, and I've heard that making changes with web jet is a nightmare.
