~JanniePumps:I called to verify when my trial subscription ended - the customer service rep assured me that it was continuing through October - only to discover that I had been billed by the newspaper for a regular subscription within a few days of my calling. I didn't discover the charge for a few weeks and had to pay for the newspapers that I had been told were part of the trial subscription. I even asked the initial customer rep to make sure that the October date she quoted was a continuation of the trial period and got her customer service rep * etc.
