I had to drive ** miles round trip to the nearest UPS Drop Box! Jason at the WB Shop signed for the movies over * weeks ago! I've e-mailed the WB Shop * times, and only got * response. The response was from Kylie, she stated she pulled my file, and they would look into it. She stated they would ship the movies if they're still in stock. The movies were in stock when I placed my order, they were in stock when I called about receiving the wrong movies. It's not my fault some idiot picked the wrong movies! It's been a week since I received the e-mail from Kylie, still no movies!
