This service does not start until after the manufacturer's warranty, which means you are paying * years for only * year of coverage. The lady I spoke to on the phone stated that the coverage covered products not charging, which is exactly what my product wasn't doing, then she went to say that I needed to send it to Samsung for the repair. She totally contradicted what she was saying. TERRIBLE REPRESENTATIVE!!! I HAVE HAD ABSOLUTELY ZERO GOOD EXPERIENCE FROM THESE PLANS!
