~martin95351:not happy my order isn't ship yet n there is a hold on it because my items are a high risk items they have to talk to me first in order to release them so if I didn't call to find out what was going on I would still be waiting for my items on the original ship date so I ask if they would honor my ship date and Rita the representative said no so I said I'll call back on Monday to talk to a manager and she said that no one can help me on getting my items on the original delivery date this were her exact words "NO BODY CAN HELP YOU TO GET YOUR ITEMS ON THAT DAY OR IN A FEW DAYS LATER THAT'S HOW THE SYSTEM IS " so I ask if some could call me back she said yes but because she herd me talk in spanish on the background she said that to make sure that who ever answer speaks English because they don't have no one that speaks Spanish in that department. I find that racist because I was speaking with her in English and that comment was out of line I'll just look for a similar deal on othe
