FedEx's reply was got shipping order, but no product. Estimated date to arrive... Today. Not going to happen and I can't speak to a real person to find out why my product isn't on Fedex truck.... The info I keep getting from auto-message is incorrect and I can't get a "real" answer without speaking to a real person. The press *,* etc numbers don't match my questions, problems or concern.
