GetHuman-349667：I was IN Walmart at **** Wheatland Rd Dallas Tx***** I'm so sorry that I forgot the lovely reps name that assisted me. She really made me feel like she was on my side, after being treated as if I was a criminal by a "manager". That mgr quickly became fed up with me and began making up reasons to not help me. I made a couple of suggestions, which she refused and called another manager. After waiting several minutes I called the customer service number, was patiently listened too, then the next manager, Julien came and was instantly helpful. During that interaction, my customer service rep. Offered to stay on the line and ensure that I was satisfied. Julien was very helpful and understanding, and it is my hope that his professionalism will be absorbed by other members of the staff within Walmart. This is a fairly new store, yet, very mixed behavior with the staff.
