GetHuman-10728:My customer experience was rated not satisfied but the rep was very nice. I wanted to hear that you would just send me another product (all the liquid in my swifter sweeper wet cloths leaked out b*c it was not wrapped) but instead I was told to go to Walmart and exchange it OR mail it back. Neither of these options is good for me now. Since I ordered because I am orthopedically challenged right now, I am unhappy with the resolution. However, I repeat that my customer service rep was very nice.
