~T.C.：This has been an absolute nightmare, had I had known that my money would just disappear and be such a hassle to fix the situation, I would had steered clear away from this pre-paid card. To make matters worse this card was a birthday present for my son. The amount of stress this issue has caused is almost unbareble. Why is it so hard to get a refund with all the evidence supporting an unauthorized transaction for a card that is invalid and does not work. I am sure there are plenty of laws that protect consumers but this must be investgated at the highest level.
