~PissedMother:It's been more than * weeks & we still haven't received our cards. Everyday they tell us will we receive it tomorrow. They have been saying that since May **th. Every person we talk to can hardly speak English. When asked to speak to manager, they don't speak English either. Their phones have a lot of static. Horrible experience would not recommend this to anyone. I got it to help my children manage money & has had the worse experience ever. Stay Away!!
