I asked a very simple FSA question about a standard drug store item and she asked if a foot insole was a medical procedure or operation type (yes Dr Scholl's foot insole). Dreadful customer service -- I ended the call by stating "The item I am asking would be known to you if you were located in the United States and shopped at a drug store. I am disconnecting this call and will try back to speak with someone in the United States who can assist me."
