~Emma: I found that if you call the *** number and keep pressing option * constantly it puts you to tech support and you get to talk to a human. However Voda do not make it easy for you to have contact with a human and this is very very frustrating when you've just given them money for a phone that doesnt work and a trip into town to a shop is difficult.

~Emma: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Emma: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Vodafone (UK)'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Emma: For that I would say three out of five.
