GetHuman-283723：I am having trouble with the back door locking and unlocking. Sometimes it doesn't unlock at all. It has shown Disarmed on the cell phone and it wasn't. Shows back door to be unlock on disarming and the back door is locked. I hope to get it resolved soon. Had to make an appointment for next week or * weeks from now. Paying for a system that's not working.
