~Disgruntled NYer:I made a mistake on my date of return with Virgin America and flew out a day earlier then what I had booked. My original round trip ticket was for $***.**. So I flew out on the flight the day before and they charged me $***.** for a one way ticket, and I suppose that was supposed to include any refund for the canceled ticket a day later. By the way my seat was taken by another flier so they had no business loss the next day. Meanwhile I am out almost $***.** and their customer service supervisor's have ice in their veins! They refuse this first time flier any concessions and they have lost my business forever!
