I did this so many times that I was told I could not do that any more, to check my spam folder. I have received no email in my mail or spam folder. I need to watch this video for an assignment that is due tomorrow. I have been trying to get some help, but have received none. I have been paying a monthly fee for this service and now I get nothing in return...so far.
