~peter:Why would a company treat the customer so poorly? their phone menu system is abusive to the customer. The whole experience prompted me to just cancel the service so I don't have to deal with them. I got rid of the TV and got a set of rabbit ears to watch the news. Netflix is fine to arch a move so there is really no need for the television package with so many channels that are not worth watching anyway. I am happy to be rid of the Verizon people.
