VERY, VERY POOR RESULTS FROM VERIZON - THIS IS NOT YOUR PEOPLE*SERV. REPS, BUT YOUR METHODS OF TRYING TO RETRIEVE PERS. ACCOUNT INFO. & GETTING TO THE "RIGHT" REPRESENTITIVES. VERIZON IS THE WORST SERVICE RELATED COMPANY I HAVE ever HAD TO TRY TO DEAL WITH IN MY LIFE & I'M ** YRS. OLD!!!! I HAVE A BILLING ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF RIGHT NOW I CAN'T GET HELP FROM YOU.
