Original purpose of call: change my shared plan into two pre-paid plans. Unfortunately, a Problem: after *finally* transferring the accounts and unsuccessfully trying to activate our phones, the sales rep acknowledged that the specially-ordered Verizon network extender would not cooperate with Verizon Prepaid accounts, (and of course we have no service whatsoever without it). Now, it's *:** and I'm still on hold (after having to retell the story to six different sales reps). That said, this phone number has been the most helpful of all the ones I've tried today.
