GetHuman-10904：This number didn't work for me. Took me to a recording and no matter what I pressed I got the recording or it hung up on me. Just joined Verizon in the last * months and wasn't aware you can never get a human being to talk with w*o knowing that secret number. Their customer service might be good once a reach someone but this way they are worse than T-Mobile, at least I could get someone even if they were worthless as far as helping me.
