~HIGHLYUPSET:The Lady who answered for technical support was great, very sweet. The problem is that I had to call * different numbers in order to get someone on the line. The first two would not even allow me to get past the menu before saying "sorry you're having so much trouble, good-bye." Like...what the **** is that? YOU JUST HANG UP ON ME BECAUSE I NEED HELP!?!? Another thing that really upsets me is that I have to call customer service when I have a Verizon Employee standing in front of me...why are they not able to help? Seriously, the customer service is horrible. They don't even answer questions they just repeat themselves over and over again until your too frustrated to deal with them.
