~Terri：My phone will not turn on so contact by phone was out. Im not registered with them online so in order to register they send a registration number....to what? My phone that doesn't turn on. The email came back telling me to call or do live chat(which I cant do because my phone wont turn on and you have to be registered to get assistance)and also told me this email address was for Verizon Home, TV, and internet services so they could not help me.
