He was rude and I almost left before I realized he hadn't even transferred my contacts to my new phone. He insulted me when I asked for an otter cover saying he would hook me up with a cute pink cover..I am ** do not need cute. He wanted me to sign a blank screen. When I brought to his attention that there was no contract info for me to review before I signed. Ron said what is the problem, most people who buy this phone know all this stuff already....REALLY?! That is how you loose customers. I will never deal with that man again. A different employee helped me with everything Ron didn't or wouldn't do. The location *** Loyola drive myrtle beach sc *****
