My phone is so hot that I can't pick it up and my other phone broke and ya'll would not replace it even though I had insurance (please look up the word insurance bc apparently Verizon does not what it means.) I am having problems contacting you and more importantly my father is sick and I need to get in touch with Dad. You could call me and work this out. . . if either of my phones worked. I guess the thousands of dollars I have paid you is not enough. Jack wads!
