GetHuman-273153: Called because I received a fraudulent email from what was supposed to be Verizon wireless saying my credit card had been declined when they tried to debit it for my bill payment this month. I needed to update my card infor or my phone was going to be cut off. I pay my wireless bill myself, Verizon doesn't do it so I knew this was fraud. The rep acted like he could care less that I had taken time to notify him this had happened. Grantedthere is nothing they can do, but they should be made aware fraud is being attempted and keeping track of all information their customer has to give them. This guy took nothing from me! Barely told me thanks!
