~cnhaack:Awful. Awful. Awful. This is the worst phone company my boyfriend and I have ever had to deal with. All "supervisors" have attitudes and do not help in the least bit. Just re explain the situation like we don't already know what it is. Even went into a store multiple times to try and get help and of course, nothing. Verizon is stealing over *** dollars from us and it is completely unfair. Especially since it is so hard to even get someone to listen to you. I recommend anyone to stay away from this company and take your money else where. Coverage may be one thing but you need good customer service to have a great business. I'm beyond frustrated!!!! Letting all the people I know and my social media friends to stay away from Verizon!!!
