~CSR4VZW:I work for prepaid customer support and I just wanted to let all those who look on here know that the first week of the month our center is really busy with wait times of up to an hour. I know it's frustrating trying to get through but when you get to a live person, please be respectful! We are on the phone for ** hours a day, taking call after call. Nothing is worse than our busy days when a concerned customer calls in and yells at us because the hold time took so long. Try being yelled at by ** plus people a day! It's not easy. Our supervisors slave drive us, too. We can't even be ** seconds late from our break without being wrote up. Believe me we are working as fast as we can to help everyone. I love all of my customers who call in and will work my *** off for them...as long as they show me the respect I deserve! Just be patient and nice and we will probably do anything for you. It's amazing how many people call in just to belittle and yell at us. So whenever we get som
